About our dials
All of our beautiful re-finished dials are originally from the Rolex factory.
We take older Rolex factory dials and fully restore them into a brand new like state, often changing the original colour. But the dial itself remains a factory Rolex part.
We then employ our expert diamond setters to fit genuine quality VS clarity diamonds that are approximately G in colour. This means that they are very white and very clean.
All of our magnificent dials are specially re-finished to order. Due to the time, expense and expertise involved, delivery will take approximately 10-14 days from payment.
Fitting
Official Rolex dealers will usually refuse to fit re-finished dials despite the fact that they remain an original Rolex part. This is simply a Rolex directive because obviously, and quite fairly in our view, Rolex would like to sell the dial themselves, at a much higher price of course.
However, the good news is that any competent watchmaker is capable of fitting a Rolex dial. It’s an easy job that should cost no more than £20 to £50 maximum and better quality jewellers will be happy to offer this service. You should always employ a competent professional and not the jeweller in the shopping centre who is only used to fitting batteries in cheap watches!
Please note that we only have one in-house watchmaker ourselves and due to the sheer volume of work that we undertake, we are unable to offer a dial fitting service. We can however, offer fitting if you take up one of our Rolex service options. Many clients decide to have their watch serviced whilst having their new dial fitted. If you choose a service option, dial fitting is free of charge!
Your guarantee
All of our dials are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from purchase. This is subject to normal wear and does not cover general misuse or damage caused by the owner. The life expectancy of a re-finished dial is exactly the same as a brand new one.
About our bezels
All of our bezels are specially made to fit your Rolex watch absolutely perfectly. They are made from 18ct White or Yellow gold and are after market. That means they were not made in the Rolex factory.
Our bezels are however, quite easily the best available outside of the Rolex factory and the diamonds we use are all VS quality and G/H in colour. This means that the quality of our bezels is almost on par with their factory counterpart - but at a mere fraction of the price.
Please note that your order will take approximately two weeks from payment to delivery as all bezels are made and set to order, especially for you.
Our bezels are machine engineered and then hand finished in the UK. The diamonds are properly set by a professional setter and none of our bezels originate from the Far East.
